Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PrestigeVisa website or applying for the PrestigeVisa Credit Card. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to apply for the PrestigeVisa Credit Card. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Application and Approval
"Guaranteed Approval" means approval is guaranteed for applicants who successfully pass our identity verification process and are 18+ years of age with no active bankruptcy. The $1,000 credit limit is the standard initial limit and is not guaranteed to increase. Submitting false information on your application is a federal crime and may result in criminal prosecution.
3. Identity Protection Enrollment Requirement
As a condition of receiving and maintaining your PrestigeVisa card, you must maintain an active subscription with one of our approved identity protection providers (IdentityIQ, TransUnion, or Financeify). This requirement serves as mandatory insurance on your credit limit. Cancellation of your identity protection plan may result in temporary suspension of your card privileges.
4. Marketing & Communications Consent
By submitting an application, you expressly consent to receive autodialed calls, pre-recorded messages, text messages, and emails from us and our marketing partners at the contact information you provided, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. To opt out, see Section 5 or visit our Unsubscribe page.
5. Opt-Out
To stop receiving marketing communications: (a) click "Unsubscribe" in any email; (b) reply STOP to any SMS; (c) visit our Unsubscribe page; or (d) call 1-800-PRESTIGE. Please allow up to 10 business days for opt-out requests to take effect.
6. Advertiser Disclosure
This website is an advertisement. We may receive compensation from identity protection providers when you enroll through our links. This compensation may influence which offers appear and in what order. See our Advertiser Disclosure for more details.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESTIGE VISA FINANCIAL, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action proceedings.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
